Taco Soup -- especially right now when it's starting to get colder I like to make a huge pot and Zack and I can usually eat on it for a 2 or 3 days.
Gator girl how do you make that? Ive heard of it never had it tho.

Anything. Grilling steaks, chicken or pork. Smoking some ribs or boston butts for pulled pork sandwiches. Making tator soup.
Pretty much you name it I love to fix or eat it.

Shrimp and grits is my absolute favorite!!! It's a casserole and has quite a kick to it. If my wife wants me to do something, this is how it gets done.
I'm with you!! Smoking ribs, with my own secret recipe of dry rub and my recipes for bbq sauce. About 12-14 hours on a slow smoker and those babies just fall off the bone!!
I also have my own recipe for hotdog chilli, using absolutely no tomato products.
Tequila mustard meatballs? Care to share that one? Sounds interesting...
I seldom cook the same thing twice in a month while im at home. Lately I've been cooking foods of the Cajun variety.

If you smoke ribs for 12 to 14 hours you would have nothing left.

2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can pinto beans
1 can whole kernel corn - drain
1 can stewed tomatoes - Mexican style
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. original hidden valley ranch dressing(dry)
2 1/2 cups water
Brown ground beef and onions in a large pan, drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for an hour or so.
**I add cheese and sour cream to the top of ours... usually the first day we eat as just soup, the next day I take chips and dip them in it.**
